Why social impact measurement has to start with methodology, not marketing.

Impact reporting has a credibility problem. Too many numbers are chosen because they are easy to collect, not because they reflect the change a program actually creates.

At CSC Impact we start from methodology. Every indicator has a chain of evidence: what it measures, how it is collected, what it excludes, and how confident we are in the result. Only then does it earn a place on a dashboard.
